Tips to How Lose Weight Fast / Tip Menurunkan Berat Badan dengan Pantas

To lose your weight fast, follow the suggestions below:

1. Quit smoking.
2. Avoid activities that result in your eating too much, such as watching TV, driving, texting, etc. And instead of, try play something like table tennis, basketball or swimming.
3. Join a dance class.
4. Take your dog for a run and let the dog lead you on.
5. Try messaging your partner.
6. Try Yoga.
7. Try breathing exercises.
8. Turn on music and dance like wild.
9. Drink black coffee before a workout.
10. Use the stairs instead of the elevator whenever you can.
11. Choose the exercise pattern that suits your life style.
12. Eat healthy food.
13. Take a day off from the exercise routine every week. Your body needs it.
14. Avoid eating sweet.
15. Avoid drinking alcohol.
16. Instead of cook your vegetables try boil them.
17. Eat fish and fowl and avoid the red meat.
18. Get your breakfast within an hour of waking.
19. Eat only when you feel hunger and watch what you eat.

16. Ubah cara anda memasak. Kukus makanan berbanding menggoreng.
17. Makan ikan dan ayam, elakkan makan daging.
18. Ambil sarapan dalam masa sejam selepas bangun tidur.
19. Makan hanya apabila lapar dan perhatikan apa yang anda makan.
